Remote studios: Successes and challenges

Due to the developments in the telecommunications sector, companies are able to access the right talent from any location easily and efficiently. Passion Pictures, established in London in 1987, opened a new office in Barcelona in the summer of 2017.

In this presentation we will explain what motivated Passion to open another office and we will outline what we did successfully during the execution of our projects as well as the areas we identified as needing improvement. In order to do this, we will use as a reference two projects where team work between the offices was essential: Intuit and Joy & Heron.
