Raúl Colomer and Sergio Jimenez are two animation veterans with more than 30 years of experience between them. From Supervision and Production, they offer you two different and complementary perspectives, both from a national and international point of view.

Sergio Jiménez
He started in the animation industry by founding the 23lunes studio in 2005, which he headed for 10 years. After his experience in several national studios, he moved abroad and has worked at Primal Shape (Italy), Axis Studios (Scotland) and Outpost VFX (England). His experience covers the area of production and business management, having held relevant positions as producer and executive producer. Sergio has worked on a wide range of animation and visual effects projects such as TV series, AAA in-game cinematics, animated films, and feature films.
Almost 3 years ago, Sergio started working as studio manager with Alberto Mielgo, recent Oscar winner for the best animated short film for The Windshield Wiper. His latest work was released in May 2022, as Production Manager and Executive Producer of Jíbaro, one of the episodes of the third instalment of the acclaimed Netflix series Love Death and Robots.
Raúl Colomer
With an experience of almost 2 decades, he is a recognised professional expert in lighting and compositing and closely linked to the technical aspects of the creative components of 3D, which have led him to work as CG Supervisor.
In recent years he has been Lighting Artist and CG Supervisor at Pinkman.TV, a studio he has been linked to for five years, with three projects completed, among them The Windshield Wiper (Oscar 2022 winner), and Watch Dogs Legion for UBISOFT and Jíbaro for the animated anthology Love, Death and Robots (Netflix) winner of the Emmy, Outstanding Short Form Animated Program, all of them directed by Alberto Mielgo.
He has also been Technical Director at In Efecto, with the Tara Duncan series project, where he was part of the studio's pipeline design team and is currently CTO at Hampa Studio focused on improving the studio's pipeline and developing and implementing real-time workflows in 2D and 3D animation.
