In this presentation, Enrico Martinis shares his journey from the first steps to the creation and consolidation of two animation and VFX studios in the Canary Islands. Starting from scratch, he will break down how each experience and obstacle has taught him the fundamental needs of the industry. He will talk about the importance of research and continuing education, as well as the value of networking and collaborating with other industry professionals.

In addition, he will discuss how to identify and meet the specific needs of each client and project, and how to adapt to changing market demands. Through concrete examples and personal anecdotes, he will demonstrate that, with perseverance, creativity and a clear vision, it is possible to transform a passion into a profitable and rewarding profession.

Enrico Martinis is the Head of Studio at 22DOGS VFX in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, a company focused on the creation of visual effects for international films and series. With over 20 years of experience in the audiovisual industry, he has worked in various studios, production companies and television networks, concentrating the last 15 years in the world of animation and visual effects.

In 2016, he landed in Tenerife to create the animation studio Mondo TV Studios, where for 7 years he oversaw the production of 14 animated series. In 2023, he accepted a new professional challenge and joined the company 22DOGS VFX, entering for the first time in the world of visual effects.

Throughout these years he has also been a consultant for European and Latin American production companies, and ambassador of the Quirino Awards for Ibero-American Animation for Italy, his native country.
