REDUCED RATE FOR COMPANY GROUPS PARTICULAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The ticket provides access to all public activities organized by Mundos Digitales (July 3 - 5, 2025).
The reduced rate for company groups is valid only for people employed at the same company at the date of the purchase.
Reduced rate for company groups apply to groups of at least 5 people of legal age employed at the same company, registered by the company and in only one registration.
The company undertakes to certify in writing the status of employed of the people registered under its responsibility, within 48 hours after the registration. The document must include the order number (reference document). Likewise, the company undertakes to inform those registered under its responsibility of the mandatory compliance with the Tickets Purchase Terms and Conditions.
Reduced rate for company groups applies only when the registration is done by the company. A single payment will be made via credit card or bank transfer.
To complete the purchase, you must attach a document listing the registered people and their personal information (see example).
Simultaneous interpretation is a personal, untransferable and optional service. Simultaneous interpretation services include English to Spanish and Spanish to English interpretation for all lectures taking place at the main Mundos Digitales auditorium.
