He studied architecture for three years at the University of A Coruña. After a year studying film editing in London, he moved to Madrid where he worked in the production company Daiquiri as editor/composer during the 90s. VFX Supervisor since the beginning of 2000, he founded El Ranchito in 2004 where he currently works producing film and television series.
He is around 12 years working in the world of VFX for advertising, film and TV. Between 2006 and 2008 he worked as a freelance in various projects of infoarchitecture, advertising and film. In 2008 he joined the El Ranchito team and since then he has participated in many projects such as Ágora, The Impossible or Game of Thrones. In 2017 he is part of the team awarded the VES for the best environment in television for the series Game of Thrones.
Isaac studied Audiovisual Communication at the Complutense University, where he graduated specializing in computer graphics for film and television. After his studies he works at Computer Arts Developments, a pioneer of 3D animation company in Spain. There, the team gets the Goya to the best special effects by Tierra (Julio Medem, 1996). In 2010 he began his collaboration in El Ranchito where he currently works as a 3D supervisor. In 2017 he is part of the team awarded the VES for the best environment in television for the series Game of Thrones.
He began his career in the world of visual effects more than 20 years ago, working as a freelance in the best Spanish postproduction companies. In 2015 he joined El Ranchito working in productions such as Lost in the Space, Still Star Cross or Game of Thrones, work for which he obtained in 2016, along with other colleagues, the VES (Visual Effects Society) award for the best composition in a series for the chapter Hardhome.
