Legend has it that the Canary Islands are the emerged parts of the high points of the sunken city of Atlantis.
The animation studio In Efecto was founded in 2005 in the south of France with the aim of producing short 3D animation projects for advertising. Three years ago, the studio moved to Tenerife to produce its first cartoon series project for Disney, Tara Duncan, creating In Efecto Atlantis and multiplying its staff by 10.
What is the balance after three years of non-stop production? Have the previous 15 years of advertising helped us to make a series? Is it possible to maintain a family spirit in a growing company? We are handing over the project, but how can we now ensure the studio's continuity? In the end, who do we want today: a French or a Canarian studio? An advertising studio or a series studio? In Efecto or Atlantis?
So many questions that we will try to answer in this introspective entrepreneurial journey towards Atlantis!
