Recent Academy Award winner, this talk with Leo Sánchez, co-producer of The Windshield Wiper, will give us his personal vision of the project, the difficulties, challenges and experiences in a project that has marked a milestone in the history of Spanish animation.
With more than two decades of experience in the animation industry, he has been part of the creative teams of some of the most important international studios such as Disney Animation Studios or DreamWorks Animation Studios, where he worked on projects such as Rapunzel, Bolt or How to Train Your Dragon, among others.
In 2012 he founded his own studio in Los Angeles, Leo Sanchez Studio, where he combines all the disciplines that encompass character development (Modelling, Look Dev, Rigging and Animation).
Currently, Leo Sanchez Studio continues its projection in feature productions and expands its frontiers in areas such as VR, Toy Making and Gaming, where the studio has participated in projects with Facebook's Oculus Story, Nimble Collective and Valve Corporation.
